Memorial Service

Evening Memorial Service

Families are invited to join us in the tranquil surroundings of the chapel at Lea Fields Crematorium for our Christmas memorial service. Taking place at 6.30pm on Friday 2nd December, this evening will be your opportunity to reflect and remember those who are no longer with us, whether they have long-since passed or left us more recently. You don’t have to have held a funeral with us, nor does your loss have to be a recent one.

Prior to the event, families are welcome to send us a photo of their loved one by email, to be included in a memorial slideshow shown during the time for reflection. These photos will need to be received by no later than 8am on Wednesday morning. In the service there will be time to remember loved ones lost, and for you dedicate a tribute in their memory. You’ll also be invited to write a message on one of our hand-crafted stars, before placing upon our memorial tree. Remembered souls, loved and free, shine their light upon our tree.

Light refreshments will be served following the service along with time to chat with our caring and dedicated team, who are always here to support you during a time of need. For those unable to attend, there will be a live webcast stream from the event, which can be viewed on the evening and in the days following, details of which can be found below. You can also share your message of love or remembrance, along with a photo of your loved one via our online dedication facility. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you.
