No business is able to provide an excellent service without the dedication of the people who work within it, and within our company we have a team who believe in and practice their vocation of support and care for families in their time of need. Our reputation, dedication and service is something that as a truly independent business we are able to offer. There are currently three Bradley’s working full time within the business, Cliff and two of his sons, Carlton and Mannie. We also employ a number of other staff and offer a continually high level of service to the community.
With now over 58 years of experience, Cliff is a reassuring and calming figure at the head of the company, helping to train the next generation. He entered into the funeral profession after serving his apprenticeship at Wildbore’s on Wembley Street in Gainsborough, just around the corner from where we are situated today. Cliff has worked immensely hard since establishing the business in 1964.
Carlton was practically born into the profession, supporting his dad for as long as he can remember. Carlton joined the company full time in 2005, becoming an accredited member of the British Institute of Funeral Directors. He is now the Senior Director of the company, managing all aspects of the running of the business. In his spare time, Carlton enjoys cooking and is vice chairman of the Gainsborough Heritage Centre.

Nowadays, Samantha has a pivotal role in the company as the Senior Funeral Director, supporting the Bradleys to provide the very best service to our local community.
Ben is Cliff Bradley’s most recently appointed funeral director, retraining after a decade-long career serving the community working for the East Midlands Ambulance Service. His passion for the funeral industry and thirst for knowledge are already shining through. Ben is a keen tractor enthusiast, owning his own Massey Ferguson which he enjoys maintaining and entering in shows and ploughing competitions.
Morgan has been a friend of the Bradley family since birth but recently joined the company as a Funeral Service Operative. He has an excellent knowledge of music that spans far beyond his years, regularly impressing his colleagues with his varied understanding of genres and artists. Morgan has been working very hard in recent months to achieve his driving license and saving up towards purchasing his first car.
Another one of Cliff’s sons working for the family business, Mannie joined the company over 20 years ago. He was a trained mechanic but changed career to help support the local community.
