Celebrating Women

International Women’s Day

Today is International Women’s Day, an opportunity for us all to celebrate the social, economic and political achievements of women. Now marked for well over a century, it is a day to reflect on gender parity, the progress made, and to bring inequality to the spotlight, recognised by millions of people, companies and charities all around the world. As a business and a team, we take great pride in the diversity and caring nature of our workforce. We aim for parity and equal opportunities in all areas, always striving for equality, consideration and fairness in everything we do.

Photographed below or aside at our Gainsborough office, with one staff member absent, a third of our caring team are female, to whom we wish to dedicate this day. You can find out more about our growing team over on our about page, where we introduce all staff members with a photo and a short bio. Now approaching sixty years in business, we have dedicated our lives to guiding our community through the difficult times of bereavement, our family caring for yours.
