Mothering Sunday

Mothering Sunday can be a day of mixed emotions. For some it’s a day to celebrate and share time together as a family. For others it can be an emotional struggle, missing a mother who is no longer with them, or grieving for the loss of a child taken too soon. This year, as we approach this important day, we invite those who are finding it difficult, to celebrate the life of their loved one by leaving a message through our online dedication facility. Raising funds for a leading ovarian cancer charity, it's a special page we have setup to provide comfort to those finding it hard, or for anyone wishing that someone special was still here.

As an additional token from our team, free flowering plants can also be collected from our offices in Gainsborough and Saxilby on the run up to Sunday. Provided in small dressed pots, these can be planted in a garden of memories, becoming a beautiful tribute to that mother, son or daughter who is no longer with us. Anyone is welcome over the next week, to collect their plant and leave a dedication through our online facility, linked below. You don’t need to have arranged a funeral with us, nor does your loss have to be a recent one. Remember that we are always here to support you, whenever you need us, our family caring for yours.
